Fred Fuller Oil Co. Inc., is once again offering the “No Fee Budget Plan” for the coming 2010-2011 heating season. The Plan protects you against rising energy costs by making 10 equal monthly payments starting June 1, 2010 and ending May 30, 2011. This year's NO FEE Cap is $2.999 per gallon for #2 home heating fuel.
